摘 要:根据新制度主义理论,高职院校“三教”改革归根结底是一种教育教学制度变革,而制度变革的有效实现离不开制度与组织环境的协同进化。本文在分析“三教”改革内涵及现实困境的基础上,从新制度主义理论的制度内涵和逻辑出发,剖析了“三教”改革的制度逻辑,构建了“三教”改革模型,提出了“构建教学创新团队-创新教师发展激励政策体系-搭建教师专业发展项目平台-培育教学创新文化”的“三教”改革实施路径,为高职院校有效推进“三教”改革提供参考。According to the theory of new institutionalism,the reform of“three-education”in higher vocational colleges is a reform of education and teaching system in the final analysis,and the effective realization of system reform cannot be separated from the co-evolution of system and organizational environment.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the reform and the realistic dilemma,it is analyzed the institutional logic of the reform and built the reform model,starting from the institutional connotation and logic of the new institutional theory.The implementation path of the reform is put forward,which includes building teaching innovation team,innovating teacher development incentive policy system,building teacher professional development project platform,and cultivating teaching innovation culture,which provide a reference for higher vocational colleges to effectively promote the reform.
