摘  要:目的了解玉林市城区小学教师牙外伤相关知识水平及其影响因素,研究玉林市城区小学教师牙外伤相关知识水平与学生牙外伤就医行为的关系。为儿童牙外伤的防护和应急处理提供参考。方法问卷调查玉林市城区935名小学教师的人口统计学、社会经济学、牙外伤相关知识、学生牙外伤经历和应急处理等信息,对教师牙外伤知识水平进行赋分评价。对牙外伤学生就医行为进行单因素及多因素回归分析。结果玉林市城区小学教师的牙外伤知识得分6.4±2.7分(总分16分),多重线性回归分析结果显示:是否接受过牙外伤知识及是否对牙外伤知识感兴趣与教师牙外伤知识得分有关(P<0.05),曾经接受过牙外伤知识以及对牙外伤知识感兴趣的教师其牙外伤知识的得分更高。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:牙外伤知识得分低的教师在学生牙外伤后选择非立即就诊(OR=1.226,95%CI=1.050~1.432)。结论玉林市城区小学教师牙外伤知识水平较低。是否接受过牙外伤知识及是否对牙外伤知识感兴趣为教师牙外伤知识得分的影响因素。教师牙外伤知识得分可影响其对学生牙外伤时就医行为的选择。Objective To understand the knowledge of dental trauma(DT)and influencing factors among primary school teachers in Yulin,and explore the relationship between the teachers'knowledge of DT and schoolchildren emergency DT management.It provides reference for the prevention and emergency DT management in children.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 935 primary school teachers in Yulin,the teacher's demographic and social economic background,DT knowledge,the pupil's DT experience and emergency DT management were collected using an electronic questionnaire,scores are assigned to precisely measure the knowledge of DT.Univariate and multivariate regression analysis were conducted on the emergency DT management of students.Results The DT knowledge score among the primary school teachers in Yulin was 6.4±2.7 points(total score was16 points).Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that experience regarding DT knowledge and interest in DT knowledge were related to the teacher's DT knowledge score(P<0.05).The teachers who had received and were interested in DT knowledge had higher scores of DT knowledge.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that teachers with low DT knowledge scores would choose nonimmediate medical treatment for their pupil's DT(OR=1.226,95%CI=1.050~1.432).Conclusion The DT knowledge among primary school teachers in Yulin was relativelyinadequate.DT knowledge and interest in DT knowledge were significantly related to the score of their DT knowledge.Teachers'DT knowledge scores were significantly related to their choice of emergency treatment for pupils with DT.
