中职护理专业学生老年护理服务学习方案的构建

摘　　要：目的通过构建中职护理专业学生老年护理服务学习方案,为老年护理实践教学提供指导。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法就老年护理服务学习方案的目标体系、内容体系和效果评价体系咨询专家意见,根据专家意见进行2轮调整。结果专家对大多数条目都表示赞成或非常赞成,2轮问卷总体修改条目18项,删除5项,增加3项,最终形成中职护理专业学生老年护理服务学习方案终稿。结论老年护理服务学习方案的构建,有利于中职护理专业学生提高专业知识和技能,增强职业认同感。Objective To provide guidance for the practical teaching of geriatric nursing by constructing the learning program of Geriatric Nursing Service for nursing students in secondary vocational schools.Methods Delphi method was used to consult experts on the objective system,content system and effect evaluation system of the learning program of Geriatric Nursing Service.Results Most of the items were approved or highly approved by the experts,and the final draft of the senior nursing service learning program for nursing students in secondary vocational schools was formed by revising 18 items,deleting 5 items and adding 3 items.Conclusion The construction of a learning plan for elderly care services is beneficial for vocational nursing students to improve their professional knowledge and skills,and enhance their sense of professional identity.
