摘  要:目的 探讨内镜-病理复原解析结合传统授课的教学模式在上消化道早癌内镜诊断培训中的应用价值。方法 选取我院消化内镜中心进修医生(学员)54名,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(27名,传统授课)和观察组(27名,传统授课+内镜-病理复原解析)。比较两组的应用效果。结果 两组学员培训前、后的理论知识成绩及培训前的基础胃肠镜操作成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组培训后的精查胃镜操作成绩及对浸润深度的诊断符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组学员对病变性质、分化程度的诊断符合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度、个人自信度、学习兴趣评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内镜-病理复原解析结合传统授课的教学模式能够有效提高学员的上消化道早癌的内镜诊断能力,更好地激发其主动学习的积极性。Objective To explore the application value of endoscopy-pathological recovery analysis combined with traditional teaching mode in endoscopic diagnosis training of early upper gastrointestinal cancer.Methods A total of 54 refresher doctors(trainees)in the digestive endoscopy center of our hospital were selected and divided into control group(27 cases,traditional teaching)and observation group(27 cases,traditional teaching+endoscopic-pathological recovery analysis)by random number table method.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the theoretical knowledge score before and after training and basic gastrointestinal endoscopy operation score before training between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the thorough examination of gastroscopy operation results after training and the diagnostic coincidence rate of infiltration depth between the two groups(P>0.05);the diagnostic coincidence rate of lesion nature and differentiation degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction,personal confidence and learning interest in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopy-pathological recovery analysis combined with traditional teaching mode can effectively improve the endoscopic diagnosis ability of trainees for early upper gastrointestinal cancer,and better stimulate the enthusiasm of their active learning.
