摘  要:目的分析在心内科教学期间应用情景理论下基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的效果。方法在2019年8月—2021年6月抽取于滨州医学院烟台附属医院心内科实习的68名医学生展开研究,根据随机抽签法将医学生分成两组,各34名。对照组施以传统教学法,研究组施以情景理论下PBL教学法,比较两组考核成绩、临床能力、教学效果、学习积极性及满意度。结果研究组病例分析(87.92±7.45)分及理论知识(84.69±8.13)分考核结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组思维能力(82.26±4.55)分、沟通能力(84.42±5.53)分、临床能力(86.74±5.12)分、问题处理能力(90.02±6.18)分,评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组认为教学法能提高学习兴趣(94.12%)、规范操作技能(97.06%)、加强团队合作(91.18%)、促进理论联系实际(97.06%)的学生所占比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生的学习积极性(94.12%)及教学满意度(91.18%)均较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景理论下PBL应用于心内科教学中有助于提高学生的学习积极性、考核成绩,提高医学生的综合能力水平,同时能促进教学效果及满意度的提升。Objective To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method under situational theory in cardiology teaching.Methods From August 2019 to June 2021,68 medical students who practiced in the department of cardiology in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were selected for research.According to the random lottery method,the medical students were divided into two groups,34 in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching methods and the research group was given PBL teaching methods under situational theory.The examination results,clinical ability,teaching effect,learning enthusiasm and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of case analysis(87.92±7.45)points and theoretical knowledge(84.69±8.13)points in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of thinking ability(82.26±4.55),communication ability(84.42±5.53)points,clinical ability(86.74±5.12)and problem handling ability(90.02±6.18)points in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of students in the research group who thought that teaching methods could improve learning interest(94.12%),standardize operation skills(97.06%),strengthen team cooperation(91.18%)and promote the integration of theory with practice(97.06%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The learning enthusiasm(94.12%)and teaching satisfaction(91.18%)of the students in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL in cardiology teaching under scenario theory can help to improve students'learning enthusiasm,assessment results,improve the comprehensive ability level of medical students,and promote the improvement of teaching effect and satisfaction.It is worthy of popularization and application.
