摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合模拟培训在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)临床技能操作教学中的应用价值。方法选择2021年2月—2022年2月于中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院麻醉科进行住培的住院医师24名,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=12)与对照组(n=12),观察组采用PBL教学法联合模拟培训进行4项临床技能操作的规范化培训,对照组采用传统教学法进行规范化培训,比较两组住院医师的理论、操作考核成绩和问卷调查评价的教学质量。结果观察组住院医师培训后的4项临床技能操作理论、操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组住院医师在教学方案、教学策略、教学艺术、教学气氛方面评价更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教学内容方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在麻醉科住院医师技能操作教学中应用PBL教学联合模拟培训能提高学生的理论、技能操作水平和教学质量。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with simulation training in clinical skill operation teaching of standardized training for anesthesiology residents.Methods A total of 24 resident physicians receiving residential training in the department of anesthesiology,Haikou Affiliated Hospital of Cental South University Xiangya School of Medcine from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=12)and control group(n=12)by random number table method.The observation group received standardized training of 4 clinical skills by PBL teaching method combined with simulation training.The control group received standardized training with traditional teaching method,and the teaching quality evaluated by theoretical,operational and questionnaire survey was compared between the two groups.Results The operation theory of 4 clinical skills and operation assessment scores of the residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the residents in the observation group had higher evaluation in the aspects of teaching program,teaching strategy,teaching art and teaching atmosphere,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in teaching content(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching and simulation training in the skill operation teaching of anesthesiology residents can improve the students'theory,skill operation level and teaching quality.
