摘  要:目的对成果导向教育(outcome based education,OBE)理念和仿真教学应用于麻醉专硕教学的效果进行研究。方法选择2021年3月—2022年7月佳木斯大学附属第一医院的56名麻醉专硕学生,随机分成对照组和研究组,各28名。对照组采用传统带教方式,研究组采用OBE理念和仿真教学,对比两组麻醉专硕学生考试成绩、教学满意度以及研究组学生对教学方法的看法。结果研究组成绩通过率为100%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组经展开对教学满意度工作的评定,其值为96.43%,相较对照组数据67.86%居更高水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对案例教学法的肯定态度率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OBE理念和仿真教学应用于麻醉专硕教学效果明显,可有效提高学生的成绩,增加学生教学满意度,并能收获多数学生的认可。Objective To study the effect of applying outcome based education(OBE)concept and simulation teaching to anesthesia major teaching.Methods From March 2021 to July 2022,a total of 56 anesthesiologists from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 28 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching methods,and the research group used OBE concept and simulation teaching.The examination results,teaching satisfaction and the views of the students in the research group on teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The passing rate of the study group was 100%,higher than 78.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was 96.43%,higher than that of the control group(67.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive attitude rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of OBE concept and simulation teaching to anesthesia master teaching effect is obvious,can effectively improve students'grades,increase students'teaching satisfaction,and can gain the recognition of most students.
