摘 要:医学统计学的教学应该以其在临床和科研工作中的实际应用为导向,这对本科阶段的教学工作提出来了新的要求,而当务之急是思考如何改进目前的教学状况来适应新的要求。在以往的授课过程中存在的授课目的不明确、教学方法古板、学生学习热情低落等问题都在一定程度上影响了学生对医学统计学专业知识的掌握程度,这与国家对医学高层次人才需求日益增加这一大背景相互矛盾。在对授课过程中出现的相关问题进行分析后提出以下建议。首先要明确本课程的学习目的,增加学生的实践操作能力并加强软件学习;其次是改进教学方式,包括分小组学习,开放式教学以及对所学知识进行总结汇报等;最后定位到课程设计上,课程应该和自己的专业或者导师的研究方向相结合,做到学即可用。The teaching of medical statistics should be guided by its practical application in clinical and scientific research work,which puts forward new requirements for our teaching work in the undergraduate stage,and the most urgent task is to think about how to improve the current teaching situation to adapt to the new requirements.In the past teaching process,the problems such as unclear teaching purpose,stuffy teaching methods and low students'enthusiasm for learning have all affected the students'mastery of medical statistics professional knowledge to some extent,which is contradictory with the increasing national demand for high-level medical talents.In the course of teaching,relevant problems are analyzed and the following suggestions are put forward.First,clarify the learning purpose of this course,increase students'practical operation ability and strengthen software learning.Second,improve teaching methods,including group learning,open teaching and summary report of the knowledge.Finally,in the course design,the course should be combined with our major or tutor's research direction.
