摘  要:育种的本质是种质创新,种质又是品种选育的基本材料。以大白菜07-882为母本,芸薹属异源六倍体AABBCC(2n=6x=54)CGMCC No.2553的双单倍体DH系“abc3-1”为父本进行杂交、多代自交,创制出中熟、合抱类型的大白菜新种质(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)。(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)具有球形美观、菜薹白色、叶片浅绿色、花瓣浅黄色等特点;继续以(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)为母本,与“小花菜♂”父本杂交并多代自交,采用叶片颜色浅、花色浅黄等作为选择新种质的标记性状,快速获得了“(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)×小花菜♂”新种质;同时,以创制的新种质(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)和(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)×小花菜♂为父本,以菜心细胞质不育系为母本分别试配组合,选育出19AT4菜薹和20ET9菜薹等新品种,并在广州和宁夏等地广泛推广应用,因其菜薹白色,条形顺直,抗性好,产量高,效益稳定,市场前景较好。The essence of breeding is germplasm innovation and germplasm is the basic material for cultivars breeding.Chinese cabbage 07-882 was taken as the female parent and the double haploid(DH)line'abc3-1'made by Brassica heterohexaploid AABBCC(2n=6x=54)CGMCC No.2553 via microspore culture technology as the male parent,a new Chinese cabbage germplasm(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)was created by which F_(1) hybird was crossed and F_(2) was self-crossed through multiple generations,which owned medium maturity and cannonball heading type.(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)had characteristics of better heading shape,white flower stalk,light green leaf color and light yellow color petal.Furthermore,(07-882×abc3-1)^(2) was taken as the female parent and Chinese cabbage'little cauliflower♂'as male parent by which another F_(1) hybird was crossed and F_(2) was self-crossed through multiple generations by marked traits using light leaf color and light yellow color petal.The new germplasm'(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)×little cauliflower♂'was created.New cultivars 19AT4 and 20ET9 were bred by taking(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)and'(07-882×abc3-1)^(2)×little cauliflower♂'as male parents,respectively,and cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS)of Chinese flowering as female parents.These cultivars had been widely promoted and applied in Guangzhou and Ningxia.Their market prospects will be better in the future because of white and linear stems,stable resistance,high yield,good benefits.
