摘　　要：良好的生态安全格局能够有效地维护生物多样性,并促进生态健康可持续发展。基于景观生态安全格局理论,在系统分析溧阳市生物多样性特征的基础上,提出全市生物多样性保护规划的目标和思路,构建全域生物多样性保护体系,强化生态源地、生态廊道和战略点的布局,通过GIS技术划定溧阳市生物多样性保护网络,明确了森林、湿地生态系统的重点保护区,可作为太湖流域山水城市生态建设的参考。A good ecological security pattern can effectively maintain biodiversity and promote the sustainable development of ecological health.Based on the theory of landscape ecological security pattern and the systematic analysis of the biodiversity characteristics in Liyang County,this paper puts forward the objectives and ideas of the city’s biodiversity protection planning,constructs a global biodiversity protection system,strengthens the layout of ecological sources,ecological corridor and strategic points,delimits the biodiversity protection network of Liyang County via GIS technology,and defines the key protected areas of forest and wetland ecosystems.This can be used as a reference for the ecological construction of landscape cities in Taihu Lake Basin.
