摘  要:针对当前已有分类方法未能考虑类别标签,导致电力客户满意度大幅度降低的问题,提出优化设计电力营销客户标签分类方法,通过RFM模型识别不同客户的价值,对电力营销客户进行细分;将客户行为通过云模型变换算法转为云模型标签,划分客户类型,完成营销客户标签分类结构研究;依据标签分类结构三大节点特征,构建电力营销客户标签分类平台层;将得到的云模型作为营销活动的指导,完成电力营销客户标签分类方法优化。通过实验研究显示,所设计方法优化后标签分类使用效率提高,优化后的方法性能更佳。Regarding the problem that the existing classification methods fail to consider the category label,resulting in the significant reduction of power customer satisfaction,an optimized design of power marketing customer label classification method is proposed,which identifies the value of different customers through RFM model and subdivides power marketing customers.Then,customer behavior is transformed into cloud model label through cloud model transformation algorithm,and the customer types are divided to research the classification structure of marketing customer label.According to the three node characteristics of label classification structure,the power marketing customer label classification platform layer is formed,and the obtained cloud model is used as the guidance of marketing activities to optimize the customer label classification method of power marketing.The experiment results show that the efficiency of label classification is improved and the performance of the optimized method is better.
