摘  要:汽车车身外覆盖件广泛采用薄壁钢板作为成形原材料,易引起振动和噪音、凹陷、变形、强度等问题,将汽车车身外覆盖件相关复杂工程问题引入教学,是培养汽车类专业应用型人才的一种重要途径。文章利用计算机软、硬件和智慧教学软件“讯飞A.I.课堂”,设计一种汽车车身外覆盖件虚拟仿真实验教学平台,可用于汽车车身外覆盖件模态实验、抗凹性实验、弯曲刚度实验、扭转刚度实验和强度实验5个实验项目的教学工作,每个实验项目分别设置一级、二级和三级3个难度等级供学生选择。以发动机盖模态虚拟仿真实验教学为例,对模态实验二级难度等级进行实验教学实施,得到良好的教学效果,验证该实验教学平台的可靠性。Thin-walled steel plate is used widely as the forming raw material for automotive body exterior panels,which is easy to cause vibration and noise,depression,deformation,strength and other problems.Introducing complex engineering problems related to automotive body exterior panels into the teaching is an important way to cultivate application-oriented talents in automotive specialty.In this paper,using computer software and hardware and intelligent teaching software"iFLYTEK A.I.Classroom",a virtual simulation experiment teaching platform for automotive body exterior panels is designed,which can be used for the teaching of five experimental items of automotive body exterior panel modal experiment,dent resistance experiment,bending stiffness experiment,torsional stiffness experiment and strength experiment.Each experimental item is set with three difficulty levels for students to choose.Taking the engine cover modal virtual simulation experiment teaching as a case,the experimental teaching of the second level difficulty of modal experiment was carried out,and good teaching results were obtained,which verified the reliability of the experimental teaching platform.
