摘  要:“基因操作技术”是一门技术性强的高职实践类课程,应用“PBL”方法在该类实践课程线上教学的探索。以2019级生物技术专业22人作为研究对象,随机分组,每组4~5人。利用学习通、企业微信开展线上教学,融入“PBL”教学方法。通过学习通评价功能,问卷调查等形式,对教学效果进行评估及对学生的考核评价。“PBL”教学方法在“基因操作技术”线上教学的应用效果良好,可以运用在日常教学中,作为线下实践教学的补充。Gene Manipulation Technology is a highly technical practical course in higher vocational education,and the method of“PBL”was used to explore online teaching of this type of practical course.22 people majoring in biotechnology at the level of 2019 were taken as the research objects,randomly divided into groups,4~5 people in each group.Using Xuexitong,the company's WeChat to carry out online teaching,incorporating the“PBL”teaching method.Through the learning pass evaluation function,questionnaire survey and other forms,the teaching effect was evaluated and the student evaluation was performed.The“PBL”teaching method had a good application effect in the online teaching of Gene Manipulation Technology,and it could be used in daily teaching as a supplement to offline practical teaching.
