摘 要:高职院校需要调动多方面力量,不断提高教学质量。加强教学督导员队伍建设,是提高教学质量的一项工作任务。学校可利用教学督导员具有丰富的工作经验和富余的工作热情,发挥他们相应的积极作用。一是强化师生对提高教学质量的思想认识,优化高职院校培养技能型人才的教学环境。二是营造全方位育人工作氛围,使业务教学督导与人才培养工作督导相结合,努力提升人才培养工作水平。三是督查与指导相结合,有效促进教学相长。学校督导机构与教学管理等部门配合协作,利用现代信息技术,既督导线下教学,也督导线上教学;既督导理论教学,也督导实践教学。发现问题时,以正面引导为主,帮助教师解决实际问题。加强与科研等部门联系,引导中青年教师增强教学研究业务能力,助推学校师资队伍建设。Vocational colleges need to make full use of various resources for the improvement of teaching quality,hence the requirement to construct teams for teaching supervision.Thanks to the rich experience and valuable work enthusiasm of the teaching supervisors,the institutions tend to enjoy their effective functions.Firstly,it’s conducive to enhancing the teachers’and students’awareness of teaching quality,and optimizing the environment for education of technical talents.Secondly,it is helpful to create an all–round educational atmosphere,combining the supervision of professional teaching and moral education.Thirdly,it’s important to integrate supervision with instructive guidance and simultaneously improve teaching and learning abilities.With the aid of modern information technology,the coordination between the teaching supervision and administration departments makes it convenient to supervise both on-line and off-line;theoretical and practical teaching processes.When a problem arises,the main tone usually refers to positive and useful guidance,helping the teachers and students to get a few pragmatic solutions.Cooperating with the scientific research department,teaching supervisors often contribute to the improvement of the teaching research abilities among the young and middle-aged teachers,gradually promoting the overall construction of teaching teams.
