摘　　要：医学的迅猛发展推动了医学人文学学科的形成与发展,随着人民对健康的需求发生改变,加强医学人文学学科建设的呼声越来越高。溯源医学人文学学科的兴起,结合大健康的政策背景与人民诉求,剖析当前医学人文学的学科发展现状与存在问题,明确医学人文学学科建设过程中要把握问题导向、知识整合、学科交叉和方法多元等原则,从学科建设的知识体系、培养体系与评价体系三方面,明晰医学人文学的学科建设路径,为医学人文学进一步发展奠定基础。The rapid growth of medical science has promoted the formation and development of the Medical Humanities as a discipline. With the change of people's demands for health, there are growing calls to strengthen the construction of the Medical Humanities. This paper traces back to its origin, and examines its current development status and existing problems of the Medical Humanities taking into consideration of people's demands in the background of Big Health. It continues to explain that principles such as problem orientation, knowledge integration, disciplinary integration and method pluralism should be upheld in the construction process of the Medical Humanities. Last but not least, it clarifies the path of developing the Medical Humanities from three aspects, that is the knowledge system, cultivation system and evaluation system, so as to lay a foundation for further development of the Medical Humanities.
