行动者网络理论视域下高校体育课程思政建设研究

摘　　要：高校体育课程思政建设是全面落实立德树人根本任务的重要工程,也是促进高等教育内涵式发展的时代之举.运用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法,借由中观取向的行动者网络理论,对高校体育课程思政建设相关议题进行分析.研究发现:高校体育课程思政建设网络存在认同感较差、行动力不足、协同性欠缺、制度化薄弱等问题,致使相关政策措施难以落地,建设实效未能充分显现.研究认为:应采取积极的转译策略,把握好问题识别、利益赋予、有效征召、充分动员4个环节,通过发挥高校在行动者网络同盟中的核心行动者作用,加快推进体育课程思政教学指南的研制工作,将体育课程思政工作能力纳入绩效考核评价体系,构建“国家—地方—校际”三级体育课程思政建设网络等途径,有效调动和激发各方行动者的积极性与自觉性,增强异质行动者之间的协同性与联动性,助力形成稳固的体育课程思政行动者联盟,以促进高校体育课程思政建设落实落地、更好更快发展.The ideological and political construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities is an impor-tant project to fully implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,which is also an era move to pro-mote the connotative development of higher education.Through the methods of literature and logical reasoning,based on meso-orientation actor-network theory,this study analyzes the issues related to the ideological and political construction of college physical education courses.It finds that the ideological and political construction network of college physical educa-tion courses has such problems as poor sense of identity,insufficient action,lack of coordination and weak institutionaliza-tion,which make relevant policies and measures difficult to implement and the actual results of construction not fully mani-fested.It suggests that an active translation strategy is adopted to hold the four parts of problem identification,benefit gran-ting,effective recruitment and full mobilization.Through giving full play to the role of colleges and universities as core actors in actor-networks association,accelerating the development of ideological and political teaching guides for physical education courses,incorporating the ideological and political work ability of physical education courses into the perform-ance appraisal and evaluation system,building a three-level networks of“national-local-interschool”in ideological and political education in physical education courses,colleges and universities should effectively mobilize and stimulate the enthusiasm and consciousness of actors,enhance the synergy and linkage among heterogeneous actors,help form a solid alliance of ideological and political education actors in physical education courses to promote the stable,good and fast development of ideological and political construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities.
