摘　　要：“三大球”职业化治理结构是由政府、项目协会与职业俱乐部等主体所构建的以价值为基础、以制度设计为规则、以行为方式为路径的系统框架.多年来“三大球”职业化治理结构受经济、制度、观念等因素影响,治理模式已不能满足中国式现代化体育强国建设需要.本研究采用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法对我国“三大球”职业化治理结构进行研究,认为开放市场经济、提升公民意识、完善制度设计是“三大球”治理结构变革的动力.我国“三大球”治理结构经历了塔式、链式和环式过程,目前正处于环式治理和网式治理并存阶段,在治理结构尚未完善之前要避免结构僵化和颠覆性变革问题的出现,避免走进链式治理结构当中;同时,路径建设向以和谐平等为价值取向、以各主体利益均衡发展为制度保障、以共同参与和协调发展为模式的中国式现代化治理结构迈进.The governance structure of basketball,football and volleyball professionalization is a systematic framework which makes values as basis,institutional design as rule,and behavioral approaches as path,constructed by the government,professional associations and professional clubs.The professional governance structures of basketball,football,and volley-ball have been influenced by economic,institutional,and conceptual factors over the years,and the governance model has failed to meet the needs of building a sports power in the process of Chinese modernization.Using the methods of litera-ture and logical analysis,this study examines the governance structure of basketball,football and volleyball professionaliza-tion in China,and suggests that opening the market economy,raising citizen awareness,and improving institutional design are the driving forces for the changes in the governance structure of basketball,football and volleyball.China’s governance structure of basketball,football and volleyball goes through the processes of control tower,chain and ring styles,which is now in the co-existence stage of ring style and net style governance.Before the governance structure is perfected,it should avoid the emergence of structural rigidity and disruptive transformation problems and avoid coming into chain style govern-ance structure.At the same time,the path construction should be changed to Chinese modernization governance structure,which makes harmony and equality as value orientation,balanced development for all entities’interests as institutional guarantee,and joint participation and coordinated development as mode.
