摘 要:目的:探索以岗位胜任力为目标的适合医学免疫学课程教学的课程思政建设及实践效果。方法:建立医学免疫学课程思政素材库,在教学过程中把握课程思政元素要点。教学结束后分别对课程思政组和非课程思政组学生进行知识和技能考试、问卷调查和个别访谈,对课程思政教学效果进行评价。结果:在知识掌握、技能提升和素质修养三个维度上,课程思政组学生表现均明显优于非课程思政组学生。结论:建立课程思政素材库和预设课程思政教学方案有助于更好地发挥课程思政在医学免疫学教学中对医学生岗位胜任力的培养作用。Objective:To explore ideological and political construction of courses suitable for teaching of Medical Immunology with goal of post competence and its practical effect.Methods:A library of ideological and political materials for Medical Immunology was established,and specific teaching methods were set up.Knowledge and skills tests,questionnaires and individual interviews were conducted for students in ideological and political education group and non-ideological and political education group,respectively after teaching to evaluate effectiveness of ideological and political education.Results:Students in curriculum ideological and political group performed significantly better than that in non-curriculum ideological and political group in terms of knowledge acquisition,skill improvement and quality cultivation.Conclusion:Establishing a curriculum ideological and political material library and presenting curriculum ideological and political teaching plans will help to better develop ideological and political aspects of curriculum in educa-tion and teaching of Medical Immunology and cultivate post competence of medical students.
