摘 要:为控制反应堆功率负荷跟踪变化,基于预测控制的原理设计了一种适用于核反应堆功率非线性过程的预测控制方法.以点堆动力学方程为基础建立了核反应堆功率数学模型,为方便广义预测控制器的设计,将此数学模型转换成受控自回归积分滑动平均模型(CARIMA).采用广义预测控制方法设计了反应堆功率控制器,对所设计的控制器性能进行了仿真验证.仿真结果表明,在功率观测期间存在1%额定功率的观测噪声的情况下,功率输出能够快速跟踪期望功率,并且功率观测带来的扰动对于功率实际运行影响较小,说明此控制器能够消除不确定干扰和非线性因素对系统的影响,保证反应堆功率系统的稳态精度和动态品质,能够应用于核反应堆功率控制系统中,并且具有优良的控制效果.In order to control the tracking change of reactor power load,a predictive control method suitable for the nonlinear process of nuclear reactor power was designed based on the principle of predictive control.In this paper,the power mathematical model of the nuclear reactor was established based on the point reactor dynamic equation.To facilitate the design of the generalized predictive controller,the mathematical model was converted into the controlled auto regressive integral moving average model(CARIMA).The reactor power controller was designed using the generalized predictive control method,and the performance of the designed controller was simulated and verified.The simulation results showed that in the presence of 1%rated power observation noise during power observation,the power output could quickly track the expected power,and the disturbance caused by power observation had a small impact on the actual operation of power.This indicated that this controller could eliminate the influence of uncertain interference and nonlinear factors on the system,ensuring the steady-state accuracy and dynamic quality of the reactor power system.It could be applied to the power control system of nuclear reactor and had excellent control effect.
