摘  要:文章基于SEIR传染病模型,结合政府辟谣机制和时滞效应建立网络谣言传播模型。利用一元二次方程根的性质和再生矩阵谱半径方法,计算模型的局部平衡点和基本再生数,进一步借助特征值理论和Routh-Hurwitz判据推导并数值模拟平衡点的存在性和稳定性。最后,对模型进行数值仿真实验,探究辟谣信息和时滞对网络谣言传播的影响。研究结果表明,该模型中政府和媒体发布的辟谣信息会加快谣言收敛、遏制谣言传播,并且传播机制中的辟谣参数越大,谣言传播越容易趋于平衡。Based on the SEIR epidemic model,a network rumor spreading model was established to analysis the infulence of refutation information and time delay.The properties of quadratic equation roots and the spectral ra⁃dius method of the regeneration matrix were used to calculate the equilibrium points and the basic regeneration number.Furthermore,the existence and stability of the equilibrium point are proved by the eigenvalue theory and Routh-Hurwitz criterion.Finally,Numerical simulation experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of rumor-rejection information and time delay on the spreading of internet rumors;The numerical simulation results show that the information released by the government and the media could accelerate rumor convergence and curb rumor spreading;And the larger refutation parameter,the easier it is for balance.The larger parameters of rumorrefuting in the communication mechanism,the easier to balance rumors.
