摘  要:农村电商发展需要高素质电商职业农民,职业教育是培养新型职业农民的“主战场”。为实现电商职业教育与乡村振兴的耦合发展,基于电商人才培养的人力资本错位,文章以京东产业学院“京苗班”人才培养为实践基础,从目标、内容、功能三个模块构建职业教育与乡村振兴的耦合立体模型,以京东产业学院“三四四”电商人才培养实践为依托,提出职业教育赋能乡村人才振兴的电商教学改革路径:构建德识能“三位一体”人才培养体系,推进“政校协企”多要素开发共同体,衔接电商职业教育与乡村振兴“四链”融合育人。The development of rural e-commerce needs high-quality e-commerce professional farmers,vocational education is the“main battlefield”to cultivate new professional farmers.In order to realize the coupling development of e-commerce vocational education and rural revitalization,based on the dislocation of human capital in the training of e-commerce talents,this paper takes the talent training of Class“Jingmiao”in JD Industrial College as the practical basis,constructs the coupling stereoscopic model of vocational education and rural revitalization from three modules:objective,content and function,based on the training practice of“344”e-commerce talents in JD Industrial College,and puts forward the reform path of ecommerce teaching that vocational education can energize rural talents to revitalize:constructing the trinity talent training system of“morality,knowledge and ability”,promoting the multi-factor development community of“government,school and enterprise cooperation”,connecting the e-commerce vocational education with the“four chains”integrated education of rural revitalization.
