摘 要:目的分析绩效考核在脊柱外科护理管理中的效果。方法选取2019年8—9月烟台市烟台山医院脊柱外科的20名护士为研究对象,落实常规管理方式,评估其工作情况;2019年10—11月落实绩效考核措施,再次进行工作情况评估,对比管理前后护士的护理管理质量、考核成绩、工作满意度。结果管理后护士护理管理质量中的服务态度(86.23±3.34)分、制度执行(85.12±4.14)分、风险防控(87.25±3.61)分及文书写作评分(83.46±3.74)分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护士的理论知识、操作技能及总成绩分值均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护士的工作满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核用于脊柱外科护理管理工作可以显著提升护理管理质量,同时对培养护士业务技能有效,可以改善护士对自身工作的满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of performance appraisal in the nursing management of spine surgery.Methods From August 2019 to September 2019,20 nurses from the Spinal Surgery Department of Yantai Mountain Hospital in Yantai City were selected as the research subjects to implement routine management methods and evaluate their work performance.From October to November 2019,performance evaluation measures were implemented and work performance was evaluated again.The nursing management quality,assessment results,and job satisfaction of nurses before and after management were compared.Results The service attitude score(86.23±3.34)points,system execution score(85.12±4.14)points,risk prevention and control score(87.25±3.61)points,and document writing score(83.46±3.74)points of nurses after management were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and total score of nurses after management were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the job satisfaction of nurses after management was higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Performance appraisal used for nursing management in spine surgery can significantly improve the quality of beginning nursing management,while effective in developing nurses'business skills,can improve nurses'satisfaction with their own work.
