数据库视角下我国西部五省区市临床医学学科发展的比较分析与启示

摘  要:在国家加快建设“一流学科”的重要教育战略背景下,发展相对滞后的西部地区的学科发展水平备受关注。文章以西部五个省区市的临床医学学科为研究对象,通过ESI和InCites数据库的国际评价标准和文献计量指标数据,积极寻找我国西部五个省区市临床医学学科在国际高水平学科中的定位,并对比分析五个省区市之间学科产出及影响力、国内外合作情况、期刊与基金资助情况以及机构分布与排名。基于数据分析结果表明,学科的产出和影响与高校科研发展的实力相适配,通过加强国际合作、科学利用数据库的定量数据与科研绩效分析,能够促进学科的创新发展,对学科的合理规划、精准布局以及优化提升起到积极的助力作用。In the context of the important educational strategy of accelerating the construction of"first-class disciplines"in the country,the level of discipline development in the relatively underdeveloped western region has received much attention.This study takes clinical medicine disciplines in five western provinces,autonomous regions,and cities as the research object.Through international evaluation standards and bibliometric index data from ESI and InCites databases,it actively seeks the positioning of clinical medicine disciplines in five western provinces,autonomous regions,and cities in China in international high-level disciplines,and compares and analyzes the discipline output and influence,domestic and foreign cooperation,journal and fund support,as well as institutional distribution and ranking among the five provinces,autonomous regions,and cities.Based on the results of data analysis,it is shown that the output and impact of the discipline are compatible with the strength of scientific research development in universities.By strengthening international cooperation,scientifically utilizing quantitative data from databases,and analyzing scientific research performance,it can promote the innovative development of disciplines,and play a positive role in promoting rational planning,accurate layout,and optimization and upgrading of disciplines.
