摘  要:建立朗肯循环余能回收系统的离心式叶片膨胀机GT-power的仿真模型,研究膨胀机进口工质的温度和压力对膨胀机性能和发动机经济性的影响。通过分析表明:膨胀机入口工质压力越高,膨胀机的输出功率和效率越高。通过对排气温度和质量流量计算换热器的工质质量流量的分析可知,在中高负荷下尾气能量可以满足驱动多个膨胀机的需求。The GT-power simulation model of centrifugal blade expander in Rankine cycle residual energy recovery system was built,and the influence on the expander performance and engine fuel economy exerted by the inlet temperature and pressure of the expander were studied.Resech results show that the higher the working fluid pressure in the inlet of expander is,the higher the output power and efficiency of the expander are.By analyzing the mass flow rate of working fluid in heat exchanger calculated by exhaust temperature and mass flow of engine,it is found that the exhaust energy in high load can drive multiple expander.
