摘　　要：生物化学是制药工程、生物制药、药学等专业的基础课程,如何将思政元素润物无声地融入专业课程的教学中,起到协同育人的目的,是本门课程教学亟待解决的问题。本文以生物化学课程第一章“蛋白质化学”的教学为例,从家国情怀、民族情感、科学探索精神、团队协作意识、职业道德和法治观念等方面构建具体的课程思政契合点,并对课程思政元素如何融入教学内容和教学过程进行探索,以期为生物化学课程思政建设提供参考。Biochemistry is a basic course of Pharmaceutical Engineering,Biopharmaceutical,Pharmacy and other majors.It is an urgent problem of naturally integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching of professional courses to achieve the goal of collaborative education.The teaching of Protein Chemistry in the first chapter of Biochemistry course was studidas an example,which constructed specific curriculum ideological and political convergence points from the aspects of patriotism,national pride,scientific exploration spirit,teamwork awareness,professional ethics,and the concept of rule of law.In addition,how to integrate the ideological and political elements into teaching content and teaching process was explored,which will provide reference for the ideological and political construction of Biochemistry curriculum.
