摘　　要：作为药学相关专业的基础理论课程,药物化学教学对于培养学生的创新思维和实践能力发挥重要的作用。为适应“以学生为中心”的教学理念提升本科生的科学素养,在药物化学课程教学过程中引入问题导向式学习方法,嵌入生理知识、医学伦理和前沿动态等学习模块,并通过小组讨论进行展示的翻转课堂教学形式,有利于普及健康常识加深基础临床教育,提升学生的综合素质和科学思想。As one of the theoretical core course in Pharmacy-related majors,Medicinal Chemistry plays an important role in cultivating students innovative thinking and practical ability.The exploration of problem-based learning method embedded with physiological knowledge,medical ethics and development trends was introduced into the teaching practice Medicinal Chemistry course.The result was shown that the application of flipped classrooms through group discussion approach was conducive to popularize the common health knowledge and deepen the fundamental clinical education,and improve students comprehensive knowledge and scientific literacy.
