摘  要:工匠精神的培育是职业教育立德树人的重要体现,实训课堂承载学生实践能力和创新意识培养作用,将工匠精神融入实训课程思政教学具有重要意义。基于汽车技术服务与营销专业实训课程思政教学现状,在明确实训课程教学目标的基础上,采用“九维三步”模式,建立工匠精神视域下的高职实训课程思政教学法。通过提升教师教学能力,创新教学方法,构建课程育人评价体系,将工匠精神、劳动精神、劳模精神融入到实训课程思政教学中,提高职业教育人才培养质量。The cultivation of the craftsman spirit is an important manifestation embodiment of the moral education in vocational education.The practical training classroom to carry the role of cultivating students'practical ability and innovative consciousness,and it is of great significance to integrate the craftsman spirit into the ideological and political teaching of the practical training courses.Based on the current situation of ideological and political teaching in the training courses of automobile technical service and marketing major,and on the basis of the teaching objectives of the training courses,the mode of"nine dimensions and three steps"is adopted to establish the ideological and political teaching method of higher vocational practical training courses under the perspective of craftsman spirit.By improving teachers'teaching ability,innovating teaching methods,constructing the curriculum education evaluation system,and integrating the craftsman spirit,labor spirit and model workers'spirit into the ideological and political teaching of practical training courses,the quality of vocational education personnel training can be improved.
