基于满意度调查的博士生培养质量持续改进途径探索

摘　　要：为提高博士研究生培养质量,不断推动博士研究生教育发展,哈尔滨工业大学机电工程学院在对博士研究生教育满意度调查数据的基础上开展分析和研究,从博士生的反馈中探究博士生培养中存在的问题和可能的改进途径,为进一步提高博士生培养质量提供启发,持续推动博士研究生教育发展。学院于2021年底对422位博士研究生进行满意度问卷调查。调查结果显示,博士研究生对博士生教育的总体满意度非常高,满意率达到95.2%。其中,博士研究生对指导教师的满意度最高,满意率为96.7%;博士研究生对管理与服务的满意度较高,满意率为95.8%;均高于总体满意率;博士生对课程教学的满意率为92.1%。从博士生的调查反馈中,探索提高博士生培养质量途径包括加强导师队伍建设;不断提高管理与服务水平;博士生参与科研项目要与博士生课题相结合;优化博士生课程教学;结合博士生培养与大国重器打造,培养更加优秀人才;建立健全满意度反馈机制,为进一步提高博士生培养质量提供启发,推动博士研究生教育发展。In order to improve the quality of doctoral training and constantly promote the development of doctoral education,the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology conducts analysis and research on the basis of the survey data of the satisfaction degree of doctoral education,explores the existing problems in doctoral training and possible improvement ways from the feedback of doctoral students,and provides inspiration for further improving the quality of doctoral training.We will continue to promote the development of doctoral education.At the end of 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 422 doctoral students.The results show that the overall satisfaction rate of doctoral students is 95.2%.Among them,doctoral students have the highest satisfaction with their supervisors,with a satisfaction rate of 96.7%.The degree of satisfaction to management and service was 95.8%.Higher than the overall satisfaction rate;the satisfaction rate of doctoral students to the course teaching was 92.1%.From the survey feedback of doctoral students,the ways to improve the quality of doctoral training include strengthening the construction of the tutor team,continuously improving management and service level,combining doctoral students'participation in scientific research projects with doctoral subjects,optimizing doctoral course teaching;combining the cultivation of doctoral students with the building of great power to cultivate more excellent talents.The establishment and improvement of satisfaction feedback mechanism can provide inspiration for further improving the quality of doctoral education and promote the development of doctoral education.
