高校英语教育的“大先生”:价值意蕴与培育路径

摘　　要：作为通识课程,高校公共英语课程在协同育人过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。全面贯彻党的教育方针,实现“立德树人”根本任务,厚植家国情怀的教师发挥着举足轻重的作用。调研发现,部分高校公共英语教材、教法及评价考核等有待完善,教师角色亟需从“教书匠”向“大先生”转变。深刻领会“大先生”的价值意蕴,积极培育高校英语教育的“大先生”,不断探索高校英语课程思政育人模式,以“德”润心,以“文”化人,以“道”育人,有利于促进知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造有机融合,坚定“四个自信”,促进文化认同、民族复兴、国家崛起。As a general course,College English plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students.Teachers are decisive in implementing the educational policy of the Communist Party China and realizing the fundamental task of cultivating students.It is found that some College English textbooks,teaching methods and evaluation and assessment in colleges and universities need to be improved,and the teachers need to be changed into great masters.Only through deeply understanding the value implication of great masters,actively cultivating great masters in College English education,constantly exploring the moral education teaching mode of College English courses,moistening the heart with morality,humanizing people with excellent culture and educating people in particular ways,can the integration of knowledge transfer,ability training and value shaping be accelerated,the confidence in the path,theory,system and culture be strengthened,and cultural identity,national rejuvenation and national rise be promoted.
