摘 要:目的:通过测试跑步时足踝肌肉表面肌电信号,采用非负矩阵分解算法提取肌肉协同结构,探究运动性疲劳对跑步足踝肌肉协同特征的影响。方法:招募12名具有长跑习惯的青年男性受试者,通过无线表面肌电测试系统采集速度为10 km/h、时长60 min双侧腓肠肌内、外侧头,以及胫骨前肌的表面肌电信号,结合心率和主观疲劳程度评定受试者疲劳程度,通过非负矩阵算法提取跑步支撑期双侧下肢所测肌肉的协同结构,采用单因素重复测量方差分析对比跑步初期、跑步中期和跑步末期肌肉协同参数差异。结果:(1)当跑步初期、跑步中期和和跑步末期的协同元个数均为2时,变异值(VAF)均在0.95以上,且三个时期两个肌肉协同结构均存在交替激活现象。(2)对于每个协同结构各肌肉的贡献度,在协同元1中,相比于跑步初期,跑步中期摆动侧腓肠肌内、外侧头贡献度降低(P<0.05),跑步末期支撑侧腓肠肌内侧头,摆动侧腓肠肌内、外侧头贡献度降低(P<0.05),跑步末期支撑侧腓肠肌外侧头贡献度增加(P<0.05);相比于跑步中期,跑步末期支撑侧腓肠肌内侧头、摆动侧腓肠肌外侧头贡献度降低(P<0.05),支撑侧腓肠肌外侧头贡献度增加(P<0.05)。在协同元2中,相比于跑步初期,跑步中期的支撑侧腓肠肌内侧头,摆动侧腓肠肌内、外侧头贡献度降低(P<0.05),摆动侧胫骨前肌的贡献度增加(P<0.05),跑步末期的支撑侧腓肠肌内、外侧头,摆动侧腓肠肌内、外侧头贡献度降低(P<0.05),摆动侧胫骨前肌贡献度增加(P<0.05);跑步中期与跑步末期各肌肉贡献度变化无统计学意义。(3)对于肌肉协同的激活程度,在两个协同元中,跑步末期激活程度相比于跑步初期激活程度均增加(P<0.05),跑步末期与跑步中期、跑步中期与跑步初期两个协同元激活程度无显著差异;整体协同结构与各协同元激活程度呈现一致规律,表现为跑步末期�Objective To explore the influence of exercise-induced fatigue on foot and ankle muscle synergies by testing their surface electromyography signals during running and to extract the muscle synergy structures using the non-negative matrix factorization algorithm.Methods Twelve young male subjects with the long-distance running habit were recruited.Their surface electromyography signals of medial and lateral gastrocnemius,as well as the tibialis anterior of both lower limbs were collected using the wireless surface electromyography testing system when running at a speed of 10 km/h for 60 min,while their fatigue degree was evaluated according to their heart rate and rating of perceived exertion(RPE).Moreover,the muscle synergy structures during the running support phase were extractedusing the non-negative matrix factorization algorithm.The one-way repeated measures analysis was conducted to compared differences inmuscle synergies in the initial,middle and final stage of running.Results(1)When the number of synergistic elements was 2 in the initial,middle and final stage of running,the variation values(VAF)were above O.95,and there was an alternating activation of such structures in all the three stages.(2)For the contribution degree of each muscle in each synergistic structure,in synergistic element 1,compared with the initial stage,the contribution of the medial and lateral gastrocnemius of the middle-stageswing side,and the medial gastrocnemius on the middlestage side,as well as the medial and lateral gastrocnemius on the middle-stage swing side decreased significantly(P<0.05 for all),while that of lateral gastrocnemius on the final-stage support side increased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the running middle stage,the contribution of medial gastrocnemius on the support side and lateral gastrocnemius on the swing side decreased(P<0.05),while that of the lateral gastrocnemius on support side increased significantly(P<0.05)in the final stage.As to the synergistic element 2,compared with the initial stage,the
