摘　　要：利用专业知识教学进行课程思政教育是高校开展立德树人教育的重要举措。课程思政是高校实现全程育人、全方位育人,促进学生全面发展的重要途径。思政案例库建设是课程思政的前提和保障。该文从“家国情怀、科学精神、文化自信、爱国主义”四个方面探索生物科学专业动物生理学A课程思政案例库建设,挖掘蕴含于动物生理学A课程中的显性及隐性的德育元素,为在专业知识传授中有机融入思想政治教育,实现全方位育人奠定基础。Using professional knowledge teaching to carry out curriculum ideological and political education is an important measure for colleges and universities to carry out moral education.Curriculum ideology and politics is an important way for colleges and universities to realize the whole process of education,all-round education,and to promote the all-round development of students.The construction of case database is the premise and guarantee of curriculum ideology and politics.This paper explores the construction of the ideological and political case database of the"Animal Physiology A"course for the biological science major from the four aspects of"home and country feelings,scientific spirit,cultural self-confidence,and patriotism".It explores the explicit and implicit elements of moral education and lays the foundation for the organic integration of ideological and political education in the imparting of professional knowledge and the realization of all-round education.
