航海文化建设存在的问题及对策研究——以湖北交通职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：航海文化建设是航海教育的有机组成部分,是对学员进行热爱海洋、维护海权教育的重要载体,也是提高海员综合素质的有效路径。通过文献查阅、会议访谈、问卷调查等形式,梳理了航海院校开展航海文化建设的现状,从航海精神文化、航海行为文化、航海制度文化和航海物质文化四个方面探讨分析航海类高职院校航海文化建设存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出加强航海文化建设的对策措施,为全面提高航海教育质量、更好地服务于我国民族复兴和海洋强国战略提供有益思路。As an integral part of maritime education,the construction of maritime culture is an important carrier to educate students about loving the ocean and safeguarding sea rights,and it is also an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of seafarers.This paper sorts out the present situation of the construction of maritime culture in navigation colleges by means of literature review,conference interview and questionnaire survey,analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of maritime culture in navigation colleges from four aspects:maritime spiritual culture,maritime behavior culture,maritime system culture and maritime material culture,and puts forward the countermeasures pertinently to strengthen the construction of navigation culture,so as to improve the quality of maritime education totally,and provide useful ideals for better serving China's national revival strategy and ocean power strategy.
