“双减”背景下“家校社”体育一体化的发展策略

摘　　要：在“双减”政策背景下,“家校社”体育一体化发展得到党和国家的高度重视,但仍面临缺乏相关配套政策的支持,尚未形成稳定发展格局;发展目标缺乏一致性,长期规划路径不清;合作条件匮乏,运行机制尚不健全;家庭和社区资源供给乏力,导致供需结构失衡等现实困囿。基于此,完善政策法规,构建保障体系;明确发展方向,促进信息共享;创新制度设计,制定评价标准;整合社会资源,激发主体参与等是“家校社”体育一体化发展的纾解路径。In the context of the"double reduction"policy,the integrated development of collaborative family,school and community partnerships for physical education has received great attention from the the Communist Party of China and the nation,but it still faces a lack of support from relevant supporting policies and has not yet formed a stable development pattern,lack of consistency in development goals and unclear long-term planning paths,lack of conditions for cooperation and an inadequate operational mechanism,and the lack of supply of family and community resources has led to an imbalance in the supply and demand structure and other practical difficulties.Based on this,improving policies and regulations to build a guarantee system,clarifying the direction of development and promoting information sharing,innovating the system design and formulating evaluation criteria,and integrating social resources to stimulate the participation of the main bodies are the paths to alleviate its collaborative development.
