摘　　要：《义务教育数学课程标准(2022年版)》正式颁布以后,围绕如何理解数学核心素养,特别是如何理解核心素养与“四基”“四能”的关系、基于核心素养的课程内容的整合、以及基于核心素养的教学实施等方面的问题,对数学课程标准修订组组长史宁中教授进行访谈,为“新时代、新课标”背景下如何成为“新教师”提供了有益参考.After the official promulgation of the Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),Professor SHI Ning-zhong,leader of the Mathematics Curriculum Standards Revision Team,was interviewed on how to understand the core mathematics competencies,especially how to understand the relationship between core mathematics competencies and the“Four Basics”and“Four Capabilities”,the integration of curriculum contents based on core mathematics competencies,and the implementation of teaching based on core mathematics competencies,which provided a useful reference for how to become a“new teacher”in the situation of the“new era and new curriculum”.
