摘 要:围绕“互联网+”背景下金融专业人才培养面临的新课题、新挑战,按照目标导向、体系主体、合作抓手、师资保障的思路,基于培养目标再定位、教学体系再创新、校企合作再深入、师资建设再提升框架,系统阐释了“互联网+金融”态势下高校金融专业人才培养的新定位、新要求、新举措。同时,兼顾考虑“互联网+”条件下合作办学、协同育人的积极意义,融入企业育人元素,强调了校企合作办学对高校教学能力和水平,尤其是实践教学与师资培训的积极促进作用。研究结论能够为高校融合“互联网+”与校企合作、推进金融学专业教育教学改革提供理论参考和实践借鉴。Focusing on the new issues and big challenges faced by the training of financial talents under the back-ground of“Internet+”and according to the ideas of goal-orientation,system principal,cooperation focus and fac-ulty guarantee,this paper systematically explains the new positioning,requirement and measure of training finan-cial talents in colleges and universities under the situation of“Internet+finance”based on the framework of repo-sitioning of training objectives,re-innovation of teaching system,deepening of college-enterprise cooperation and re-improvement of teaching staff construction.At the same time,taking the positive significance of cooperative and collaborative education under“Internet+”into account and integrating the element of enterprise education,it emphasizes the beneficial promoting effect of college-enterprise cooperative education in improving teaching abil-ity and level especially in case of practical teaching and teacher training.The research conclusion could provide theoretical reference and practical application for colleges and universities to integrate“Internet+”and college-enterprise cooperation to promote the education and teaching reform of the finance specialty.
