摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,对未来我国青少年女子短跑运动员选材工作进行探讨。从青少年女子短跑运动员选材指标选取、选材阶段划分及跨项选材三方面展开研究,归纳分析当前我国青少年运动员选材中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略。建议:在今后运动员选材中,应当运用科学的手段和方法进行选拔测试,同时结合教练员的经验进行考察,争取达到投入与产出比值最大化,早日为我国女子短跑提供新力量。This paper uses the literature method and logical analysis method to discuss the future selection of youth female sprinters in China.The study is carried out from the three aspects of the index selection,selection stage division and cross-event selection of the selection of young female sprinters,the problems in the current selection of youth athletes in China are summarized and analyzed,and the corresponding solution strategies are proposed.It is suggested that scientific means and methods should be used to conduct selection tests in the selection of athletes in the future,and the experience of coaches should be combined to examine,so as to maximize the ratio of input and output,and provide new strength for Chinese women's sprint in China as soon as possible.
