专业发展障碍对东亚四国校长工作满意度的影响--基于工作压力的中介效应分析

摘  要:以TALIS 2018调查项目东亚高绩效四国1021位初中校长的问卷调研结果作为研究数据,借助SPSS及Amos统计软件,探索专业发展障碍对东亚四国校长工作满意度的影响机制,以及工作压力在影响机制中的中介作用。研究表明:专业发展障碍、工作压力与校长工作满意度均呈显著负相关;专业发展障碍与校长工作压力呈显著正相关;工作压力在专业发展障碍与校长工作满意度之间存在部分中介效应。以上启示我们,要提升校长工作满意度,就应该及时调整思路,由“被动”转“主动”,标本兼治促校长专业发展;依“双减”谋“提质”,革故鼎新创校长教育幸福;以“共治”求“善治”,凝心聚力增校长工作满意度。Based on the questionnaire survey results of TALIS 2018 survey project,which investigated 1021 junior middle school principals in four high-performing East Asian countries,and with the help of SPSS and Amos statistical software,this research explores the impact mechanism of professional development obstacles on the job satisfaction of four East Asian countries principals,and the mediating role of job stress in the impact mechanism.The study indicates that professional development obstacles and job stress are significantly negatively correlated with principal job satisfaction;there is a significant positive correlation between the professional development obstacles and principal job stress;job stress performs a partial mediating effect between professional development obstacles and principal job satisfaction.So,to enhance principal job satisfaction,we should adjust our thinking in time,shifting from“passive”to“active”,and promote the professional development of principals by addressing both the symptoms and the root causes;seek to“improve quality”by“double reduction”,and keep reforming and innovating to create new educational happiness for principals;seek“good governance”through“shared governance”,and increase principal job satisfaction with joint efforts.
