摘　　要：饮食器具是饮食活动中重要的物质文化之一,秦汉时期的饮食器具是当时社会审美追求、文化习俗、工艺技术、社会功能等精神和物质文化的具体表现。秦汉时期对饮食器具色、形、意三个方面的审美追求,体现着时代的社会文化色彩与饮食审美享受;在饮食器具的纹饰图案、造型功能以及搭配使用上,也展现出该时代个人、社会、自然以及民族交流中所蕴含的“和”文化。Food utensils are the core of material culture in dietary activities.The food utensils in the Qin and Han dynasties are a concrete expression of the spiritual and material culture of the social aesthetics,cultural customs,craftsmanship,and social functions.The aesthetic pursuit of the three aspects of color,shape,and imagery of food utensils reflects the social culture and food aesthetics in the Qin and Han dynasties.At the same time,the“harmony”culture embedded in the Qin and Han dynasties for personal,social,natural,and ethnic exchanges was also reflected in the ornamental patterns,stylistic functions,and the combined use of food utensils.
