摘　　要：蜡面茶起源于唐代,制作中加入龙脑、麝香等香料,成为两宋时期名重一时的贡茶,上至皇帝,下至平民百姓,都对蜡面茶青睐有加。蜡面茶添加香料,最初仅供皇室和官员饮用,伴随宋代香料的大量进口与普及,以及广大群众对于蜡面茶的追求,促进了民间仿制添加香料的蜡面茶,且创新了更多的香茶。香料的应用,不仅助益茶的香气和饮用,也具有一定的保健功能,促进了各种保健茶的出现,而宋代医者也注意到香料与蜡茶配伍的保健和治病作用,创新了不少含茶方剂,并收录于《太平圣惠方》《圣济总录》等医书中,进而推动了蜡面茶的饮用与药用。Wax-faced tea originated in the Tang Dynasty.Spices such as camphol and musk were used to produce wax-faced tea which became a famous tribute tea in the Song Dynasty.Wax-faced tea with added spices was initially only for the consumption of royalty and officials.With the importation and popularization of a large number of spices in the Song Dynasty and the pursuit of wax-faced tea by the masses,more replicas with fragrances were innovated.The application of spices not only contributes to the aroma and drinking of tea,but also has certain health care functions,promoting the emergence of various health care tea.Doctors in the Song Dynasty also noticed the health care and healing effects of spices and wax-faced tea,and created many tea containing prescriptions,which were included in medical books such as“Taiping Shenghui Prescription”and“Shengji General Record”,thus promoting the drinking and medicinal use of wax-faced tea.
