摘 要:目的研究优化岗位设置管理在优抚医院护理人力资源管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月山东省泰安荣军医院护理人员122名为研究对象,将护理人员分为两组,1号楼61名为观察组,进行护理人员优化岗位设置管理,2号楼61名为对照组,实施普通管理模式,对比两组护理质量、护理投诉率、护理满意度。结果管理前,两组护理人员护理质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,观察组护理人员的理论成绩(79.84±6.37)分、技能成绩(89.56±11.26)分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组护理投诉率明显低于对照组,观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化岗位设置管理利于优抚医院护理人力资源的管理。Objective To study the application effect of optimizing post setting management in nursing human resources management in special care hospitals.Methods From January to December 2021,122 nursing staff in Tai´an Rongjun Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects.The nursing staff in the hospital were divided into two groups:61 in Building 1 were assigned to the observation group to implement nursing staff optimization post setting management,and 61 in Building 2 were assigned to the control group to implement general management mode.Nursing quality,nursing complaint rate and nursing satisfaction rate were compared before and after the optimization of post setting management.Results There was no statistically significant difference in nursing quality between the two groups before management(P>0.05).After management,the theoretical scores(79.84±6.37)points and skill scores(89.56±11.26)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the nursing complaint rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing post setting management is beneficial to nursing human resource management in special care hospitals.
