摘 要:生物检测技术能够精准灵敏检测出食品中存在的有害成分,避免安全质量不达标的食品流入市场,是保障食品安全的重要技术手段。基于此,本文分析了生物检测技术对于食品检验的价值,归纳了现阶段食品检验中常用的生物检测技术,从有害物质检测、微生物含量检测、成分品质检测、转基因食品检测4个方面,展开了生物检测技术的具体应用分析,以供参考借鉴。Biological detection technology can accurately and sensitively detect harmful ingredients in food,and prevent food with substandard safety and quality from entering the market.It is an important technical means to ensure food safety.Based on this,the value of biological detection technology for food inspection was analyzed,and the commonly used biological detection technologies in food inspection at the current stage were summarized in this paper.The specific application analysis of biological detection technology was carried out from four aspects:harmful substance detection,microbial content detection,component quality detection,and genetically modified food detection,for reference.
