基于升降理论探析肿瘤相关性抑郁的辨治

摘　　要：肿瘤相关性抑郁是由于癌症确诊、治疗及各种并发症导致患者产生情绪障碍的病理反应,属于中医学的“郁证”范畴。它的发生是由于癌毒产生的痰饮、水湿、瘀血等病理产物阻滞气机,导致气机升降失常。升降理论是中医学理论之一,本文从肝左升肺右降、脾升胃降及心肾相交三方面探讨肿瘤相关性抑郁的辨治。Tumor-related depression(TRD)is a pathological reaction of emotional disorder caused by the results of confirmed diagnosis of cancer,treatment for cancer and complications of cancer.The pathogenesis of TRD is due to the pathological products such as phlegm retention,water-dampness and blood stasis originated from cancer poison,which block Qi movement and lead to abnormal ascending and descending of Qi movement.Ascending and descending theory is one of the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper discusses the differentiation and treatment of tumor-related depression from three aspects:liver-Qi ascending at left and lung Qi descending at right,spleen sending clarity upward and the stomach sending chyme downward,and coordination between heart and kidney.
