论高校思想政治教育“主体性需要”

摘　　要：新时代高校思想政治教育工作备受重视,但目前仍面临着高校思想政治教育主体性需要自觉不足、主体性需要认知片面、主体性需要外化失范的困境。究其原因,主要在于教育餍足与偏见、需要的多变与依附、社会需要不足与异化以及双重需要的固有矛盾与张力。激发思想政治教育主体性需要,不仅要教育者的共情引导和示范、构建良性的互动关系“、需要”关照客观现实,更要实现双重需要的价值同构。The ideological and political education in universities in the new era is highly valued,but it is still facing the dilemma of the subjective ideological and political education in colleges and universities needs to be consciously insuffi-cient,the subjectivity needs to be recognized one-sidedly and to be externalized.The main reason lies in the inherent con-tradiction and tension of education support and prejudice,change and dependence of needs,insufficient and alienated so-cial needs,and double needs.To arouse the subjective needs of ideological and political education not only should the edu-cators empathize and demonstrate,construct a benign interactive relationship,“needs”takes care of objective reality,but also to realize the dual need of value isomorphism.
