摘　　要：分析高校教师绩效考核激励过程中存在的问题以及如何合理利用绩效考核的职业发展激励、薪酬激励、精神激励等机制,促进高校教师工作积极性,不断提升教师教育教学和科研水平,从而促进学校发展。This paper focuses on analyzing the problems that arise in the incentive of performance assessment and how to reasonably use the mechanisms of career development incentive,salary incentive and spiritual incentive to promote the work enthusiasm of university teachers and continuously improve teachers'ability in teaching and scientific research,promoting the development of colleges and universities.
