摘 要:针对酿酒冷却工艺中存在的高耗用水、高废水排放的问题,本文对传统冷却系统、冷却塔冷却系统、制冷机组辅助制冷冷却系统、新型水资源综合利用系统进行分析和研究。为利用酿酒冷却水热能、减少洁净水用量以及降低废水排放,本文首次成功应用了一种酿酒冷却水全封闭式循环利用系统,利用热水型溴化锂吸收式制冷机回收酿酒车间热水的热能进行制冷和节水,冷却水在密闭式冷凝器、热水型溴化锂制冷机、闭式塔之间进行全封闭式循环使用,并采用三级冷却方式保证冷却水出口满足酿酒生产要求,同时采用除盐水避免了设备腐蚀、结垢等问题。实际应用表明,整个系统可达到能量自平衡,可实现酿酒冷却水温度的有效控制和降低,节水率可达80%以上,为酿酒循环法工序生产找到一条新的途径。Aiming at the problems of high water consumption and high wastewater discharge in the cooling process during liquor making,this paper analyzes the traditional cooling system,the cooling tower system,the refrigeration unit-assisted cooling system,and the comprehensive water utilization system.In order to utilize the thermal energy of the liquor-making cooling water,reduce the use of clean water,and reduce wastewater discharge,this paper applies a totally-enclosed recycling system for liquor-making cooling wa-ter for the first time.The system uses the hot-water lithium bromide absorption refrigerator to recover the heat energy of the hot water in the liquor-making workshop for refrigeration,and the cooling water is recycled between the enclosed condenser,the hot-water lithi-um bromide refrigerator and the enclosed tower.The three-stage cooling method is adopted to ensure that the cooling water outlet meets the requirements of liquor making,and demineralized water is used to avoid equipment corrosion and incrustation.Practical ap-plication shows that the whole system can achieve energy self-balance and effectively reduce the temperature of the liquor-making cooling water,.The water saving rate can reach up to 80%.
