产教融合背景下应用型人才培养的教学改革研究——以《白酒营销技术》课程为例

摘　　要：在产教融合背景下,推进高等院校的人才培养改革具有独特的优势,也是现代高等院校培养应用型人才的必然要求。本文以《白酒营销技术》课程为例,阐述产教融合与应用型人才培养的关系,从平台构建、课程体系建设以及融合机制三个方面,分析应用型人才培养存在的问题,探究《白酒营销技术》应用型人才培养的教学改革路径,以期为同类课程改革提供新的思路。Under the background of production-education integration,teaching reformation for application-oriented talent training is necessary for colleges and universities.This paper takes the course“Baijiu Marketing”as an example,expounds the relationship be-tween production-education integration and application-oriented talent training,and analyzes the problems existing in the training of application-oriented talents.This paper elaborates on the teaching reformation path of the course“Baijiu Marketing”from the aspects of platform construction,curriculum system construction and integration mechanism,so as to provide reference for the teaching refor-mation of similar courses.
