摘  要:普惠性学前教育的发展关系到我国普惠性学前教育公共服务体系建设目标的实现。从组织社会学新制度主义视角看,普惠性民办幼儿园作为普惠性学前教育资源的重要提供者,在转型发展过程中主要存在技术环境与制度环境之间的冲突,以及过度关注制度环境导致的模仿和趋同等困境。应加快构建成熟的外部制度环境,以缓解技术环境与制度环境之间的冲突;完善配套制度,以避免普惠性民办幼儿园过度趋同化,使其实现特色化发展。The development of inclusive preschool education is related to the realization of the goal of constructing the public service system for inclusive preschool education in China.From the perspective of the new institutionalism of organizational sociology,as an important provider of inclusive preschool education resources,inclusive private kindergartens mainly face the conflict between the technological environment and institutional environment during their transformation and development,as well as the dilemma of imitation and convergence caused by the excessive attention to the institutional environment.The construction of a mature external institutional environment should be accelerated to alleviate the conflict between the technological environment and institutional environments,improve the supporting systems to avoid excessive assimilation of inclusive private kindergartens and achieve the distinctive development.
