摘 要:基于对传统燃油式高速插秧机使用工况的分析,设计了一种串联式混合动力高速插秧机式动力驱动系统。根据设计要求,对发动机、发电机、电池组和电机等驱动系统主要部件进行了选型和参数计算,通过Advisor软件对驱动系统的动力性和经济性进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,混合动力高速插秧机能够在纯电模式下完成设计要求的作业量,在混合动力驱动模式下的经济性相比传统燃油式高速插秧机具有显著的优势,同时混合动力高速插秧机能够满足加速和爬坡的动力性能要求。Based on the analysis of the operation condition of the traditional high-speed transplanter,a plug-in series hybrid drive system is studied in this paper.According to the design requirements,the main components of the drive system such as engine,generator,battery pack and motor were selected and the parameters were calculated,then the power performance and fuel economy of the driving system were simulated and verified by Advisor software.The simulation results show that this hybrid drive system can complete the operation required by the design under the pure electric mode,and the fuel economy of the system also has a significant advantage over the traditional high-speed rice transplanter.Meanwhile,the hybrid high-speed rice transplanter can meet the dynamic performance requirements of acceleration and climbing.
