以“五个一”铸魂育人工程打造青年思想政治工作育人品牌——以福建电力职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在新形势下,福建电力职业技术学院将思想政治教育融入高校办学的人才培养全过程,以“五个一”铸魂育人工程打造青年思想政治工作育人特色品牌:通过加强组织建设,做优一个理论研究阐释策源地;创新和丰富载体,建强一批培根铸魂主阵地;拓展“实践+”,创优一批“青春赋能”项目;深化“智慧+”,搭建一个“四维联动”互动平台;打造“思政+”,构筑一个协同育人共同体。Under the new situation,Fujian Electric Power Technical College integrates ideological and political education into the whole process of talent training,and builds a distinctive brand of ideological and political education for young people with the“Five Ones”project:building a optimized source of theoretical clarification through organization construction,building a set of solid battlefield of casting souls and roots by enriching and innovating carriers,creating a set of optimized projects of youth empowerment,building a“4-dimension”linkage platform by deepening“intelligent+”,and building a collaborative educational community by constructing“ideological and political education+”.
