乳酸菌联合生长抑素对急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探究乳酸菌联合生长抑素对急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年10月滨州市中心医院收治的急性胰腺炎患者62例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各31例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予生长抑素治疗,观察组给予生长抑素联合乳酸菌治疗,两组均持续治疗1周。比较两组肠道黏膜屏障功能、症状改善情况、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组D-乳酸、血浆降钙素原、二胺氧化酶、内毒素、尿乳果糖/甘露醇水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组腹痛腹胀缓解时间与排气排便、体温、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳酸菌联合生长抑素对急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果显著,能够有效改善患者的肠道黏膜屏障功能,促进临床症状改善,且安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of lactobacilli combined with growth inhibitors on patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:Sixty-two patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,thirty-one cases each.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given growth inhibitor treatment and the observation group was given growth inhibitor combined with lactobacillus treatment,and both groups were treated continuously for 1 week.The intestinal mucosal barrier function,symptom improvement,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of D-lactate,plasma procalcitonin,diamine oxidase,endotoxin,and urinary lactose/mannitol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The time to relief of abdominal pain and distension and the time to return to normal for exhaustion and defecation,body temperature,blood amylase and urinary amylase were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The difference was not statistically significant when comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lactobacillus combined with growth inhibitor is effective in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis,which can effectively improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function of patients and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,and is safe and reliable.
